Home Owners Association Officers

Founded in 1988 to enhance the quality of life and welfare of the Chanticleer Community.

President	Istvan was born in New York (many years ago) and moved to South Carolina in 2001.  He bought his home in Chanticleer in 2004. Married to Kim and raising three children who currently attend First Baptist ITP/Kindergarten and Augusta Circle Elementary.    Istvan is a partner at Carolina Nephrology Associates PA.
Club Forest President	Lisa Baumhofer is a resident of Club Forest.She is currently president of the Club forest Home Owners Association.
Section 8 HOA President	Frank Wren is a resident of Section 8. He is currently President of the Section 8 Home Owners Association.
Chanticleer Towns HOA President	Bob Peden is a resident of Chanticleer Towns. He is currently President of the Home Owners Association.
Mac Beaty Chanticleer Townhomes HOA President	Mac Beaty is a resident of Chanticleer Townhomes. He is currently a president of Chanticleer Townhomes.
Directory	Nancy Dixon is a resident of Chanticleer. She has been very active in the community and assembles the directory annually.
Social Director	Bozzie Boggs is a resident of Chanticleer. He is originally from Spartanburg. He and his wife, Tiffany are blessed with two children. He is spearheading the Chanticleer Social Agenda for the upcoming year.    Bozzie practices law in Greenville.
Master Deputy Hester Community Police Officer	Officer Hester is a Master Deputy in the Greenville County Sherrif's department. He spends his days working for the safety of Chanticleer's residents.
Kim Bognar New Neighbor Welcoming Commitee	Originally from Ireland, Kim moved to South Carolina by way of New York with her husband Istvan. Their three children are natives of Greenville.
Donna Graddick Secretary	Donna resides in Chanticleer. She is the former President of the Home Owners Association.
Beth Phillips Treasurer	Beth lives in Chanticleer Towns.
